All prices on this site are in US Dollar and exclude framing, shipping, insurance, and taxes/vat/ duties unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for these fees and refusal to pay is not grounds for return. Please contact us at Donkania21@gmail.com before purchasing to request a quote. Kindly note that we may be unable to advise on specific custom fees as these are invoiced to you directly by the shipping company once the artwork reaches the destination country. We will try as much as possible to give you as accurate a quote beforehand as possible.
Framing/Mounting can be arranged by DonKania.Com before shipping on the buyer’s request, all framing/mounting expenses will be covered by the buyer and are not included on the individual items website price. Please contact us at Donkania21@gmail.com before purchasing to request a quote.
All reproduction and copyrights are retained by the artist after sale. Please be aware that the colors and brightness of the digital representations may vary due to your monitor. Therefor the original may be slightly different from the digital images seen on this site.
Each Artwork is handmade and is part of a Variable Limited Edition which makes each piece unique and different from one another.
All art works are custom made orders. Production of the purchased work(s) begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work(s) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded at any time. Considering the substantial production costs incurred once production has begun, any request to cancel an order will be eligible for a 30% restocking fee. Due to our shipping and production timeline, produced & shipped work(s) are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please contact before ordering.
How to return an artwork and refund Policy
All sales made via secure checkout are eligible for cancellation within 12 hours. After this 12-hour period, the sale is considered final.
Refunds and returns are managed on an individual basis.
We suggest contacting us before making the purchase and getting the most relevant information possible on the artwork, shipping information and taxes.
If the artwork received is substantially different from its listing or is found to be inauthentic or damaged, you must notify us of your intention to return/refund the artwork within 48-hours of delivery/ receipt. Unless artwork is received damaged all sales are considered final after that 48-hour deadline.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipment and insurance. If the artwork has been shipped through our integrated shipping supplier, we can help facilitate the return of the item. However, please note that the return shipment is subject to our approval, and it could comprise additional costs.
The artwork must be shipped in its original package. If you have already disposed of the box, you will be responsible for having the work re-packed for a safe return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Assuming that the artwork is received by us in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund no later than 14 days from the delivery of the artwork. The refund is credited to the payment method used for purchase.
In any case, remember to communicate with us all the information for the return shipment before any return is started.
